Welcome to the site for the Polar Adult Hockey League.  Our league is split into Four Conferences, a North Conference that plays out of the Polar Ice House Wake Forest, a South Conference that plays out of the Polar Ice Houses in Cary and Garner, A West Conference that plays out of Wake Competition Center,  and a Central conference that plays out of Raleigh Iceplex.  Please head to each specific conference's page for league information, schedules, and stats.  If you have any questions please contact our Adult Hockey Director.
