Early Enrollment Discount - $20 off a FULL season enrollment (does not apply to payment plan) by December 16

$200 off for team fees if paid in full by December 16

Discount is automatically applied to individual fee payments

Multi League Discount – 5% off each fee when registering for two FULL seasons at the same time (must be the same participant for each team). Discount is automatically applied in your shopping cart at checkout.

MURPHY GROUP INSURANCE:

- $30.00 registration fee

- Yearly membership fee, expires at the end of 2017

- Provides supplemental injury insurance, $500 deductible

- All players must be registered for insurance

REGISTRATION:

All players must register via our website PRIOR to participation. You must create an online account and activate your account (Sport Ngin will send an activation email) if you have not done so already. Please choose your division, team name, and the payment option that works best for you and check off the liability waiver. You will receive an email confirmation if your registration processes. If you do not receive an email confirmation, your registration is incomplete.

*Please note that the North and South Conferences are separate registrations.
